The H2H Network welcomes three new members: Air Serv, ActivityInfo, and Farm Radio International
The H2H Network is excited to welcome three inspiring H2H actors that have recently joined the H2H Network: Air Serv, ActivityInfo, and Farm Radio International. Each of these organizations brings unique expertise and dedication to improve the humanitarian sector, and we are thrilled to have them as part of our collaborative community.
Air Serv has over 40 years of experience supporting the humanitarian sector, specializing in logistical support and last-mile delivery across Africa. Committed to bridging humanitarian gaps, they create access to hard-to-reach areas for the humanitarian community. Air Serv also offers career development training for aviation professionals to support the safe growth of the aviation industry in Eastern Africa. Danielle Payant, Director of Partnerships and Programs at Air Serv, said:
“As an organization founded to empower humanitarian partners through logistical support, we are thrilled to join a network that not only encourages but actively promotes collaboration. The challenges of working in the humanitarian sector make partnerships essential for effective aid and response services. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect directly with our colleagues, enabling us to bridge gaps and enhance the support we provide to those we serve.”
ActivityInfo has provided information management to the humanitarian sector since 2008, offering a platform for cash voucher assistance, beneficiary registration, monitoring & evaluation, humanitarian coordination, and case management. Their expertise in delivering rapid solutions in challenging environments to help humanitarian organizations work more cost-effectively, learn from data, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for crisis-affected people, will be a significant asset to the H2H Network. Alex Bertram, Executive Director of ActivityInfo, expressed his appreciation:
“We are excited to join the H2H Network – a community dedicated to driving change across the humanitarian sector and connecting diverse organizations with common goals. We look forward to becoming an active member of the Data, Information Management and Analysis group, sharing our experience, learning from and collaborating with the network’s members to drive innovation in the sector together.”
Farm Radio International is improving access to critical information in rural Africa, utilizing the power of radio and mobile phones to reach the most remote communities. Their work includes producing radio resources that empower over 1,300 broadcasters across sub-Saharan Africa, enabling them to deliver high-quality programming that addresses critical issues such as food security, gender equality, climate resilience, education, nutrition, and disaster preparedness and response. Kevin Perkis, Executive Director at Farm Radio International, expressed enthusiasm:
“We are thrilled to be joining the H2H Network - an organization dedicated to driving change across the humanitarian sector and getting more to people in need through collaboration, and where necessary challenging traditional ways of working. We are looking forward to benefiting from the connections and resources we will be able to make through the network and contributing in every way we can.”
Kim Scriven, H2H Network's Executive Director, welcomed the new members:
“We’re pleased to have Air Serv, ActivityInfo, and Farm Radio International joining the H2H Network, demonstrating the breadth of H2H services in the sector, and the range of unique ways they drive impactful change for those who need it most. As we welcome these new members, we are reminded of the strength that comes from the diversity of our members, and we look forward to seeing them contributing to our collective mission.”
As the new members are onboarded, the network is excited about the new ideas, partnerships, and innovations that will emerge from these new collaborations.
