Save the date: GeOnG is back for 2022!

The 8th edition of the GeOnG humanitarian and development data forum, organized by H2H Network member CartONG, will take place from 24-26 October 2022, in Chambéry, France and online.

This year's theme is “Do no harm” in the era of environmental emergency: Revisiting Information Management in the aid sector. Aid practitioners will come together to discuss how information management can adjust to the climate crisis. Read more >

Participants are also warmly invited to submit session ideas by May 2022, along four main tracks:

1. Information sobriety, data minimization, low tech and green tech
2. Information and localization: autonomization, empowerment, participation
3. Information Management and its role to reveal or better respond to the environmental crisis
4. Collaboration and more sustainable and resilient systems
