Human Resources Guide: Programme data management

As part of their capacity building project in programme data management for French-speaking Civil Society Organizations, H2H Network member CartONG, has released a new human resources guide.

"This new resource is the continuation of the first study published by CartONG in September 2020 and entitled: Programme data: the silver bullet of the humanitarian and development sectors? Panorama of the practices and needs of francophone CSOs. Both guides have been produced as part of the capacity building project in programme data management for Francophone Civil Society Organizations that CartONG has been implementing since late 2019, supported by the French Development Agency (AFD).
